  • Does the Yard Royalty Plan include both sanitizing and deodorizing every visit?

     Yes! We sanitize the yard every visit and apply a pet-safe deodorizer once a month. Weekly dog repellent is also included to discourage marking in your front yard.

  • How is the monthly pricing calculated?

    We use a flat-rate monthly billing system based on an average of 4.33 weeks per month. This keeps your bill consistent — even during months with 5 service weeks.


  • Do I need to be home during the service?

    Nope! As long as we have access to the yard, you can go about your day worry-free.




  • Is there really no contract?

    Correct — no contracts, ever. All plans are month-to-month, and you can pause, change, or cancel at any time.


  • How do I know which frequency to choose (weekly, biweekly, etc.)?

     It depends on your pets and yard usage.

    Twice weekly is best for large dogs or multiple pets.


    Weekly works for most households.


    Biweekly is a great budget-friendly option for moderate use.


    Monthly is ideal for occasional maintenance.

  • What if I have a locked gate?

    Please make sure we have access on your scheduled day. You can provide a code or leave the gate unlocked.

  • Do you offer one-time cleanups?

    Absolutely! Whether you need a post-party cleanup or haven’t scooped in months, we can help.
