💳 How Do I Pay?

All payments are processed through our secure client portal.

If you signed up through our instant quote tool, your account is already created.

If you contacted us another way, a team member will create your portal account and email your login info.

Once logged in, you can:

✔️ View and download all invoices

✔️ Track cleanup history

✔️ Securely link your debit or credit card

After linking your card, we’ll automatically generate and process your monthly invoices. Receipts will be emailed for every transaction.

Important: Your card must be linked before our first visit.

If it isn’t, we’ll attempt to contact you or knock on your door. If we can’t reach you, your service will be rescheduled to the next available date — which may be delayed during busy seasons.

🧾 Billing & Payments

Recurring Services:

Billed on the 1st of each month, in advance.

Services will not begin until payment is processed.

Initial or One-Time Cleanups:

Billed the day of service, due upon completion.

Example Billing Breakdown:

Let’s say weekly service starts on March 15 and costs $80/month.

The one-time spring cleanup is $100.

March 15 Invoice:

Initial Cleanup: $100

Remaining March Visits (3/22 & 3/29): $40

Total: $140

Future Invoices:

April 1: $80

May 1: $80

June 1: $80

If payment is not received before your first visit of the month, you will be removed from the schedule until payment is made.

All monthly service charges are non-refundable once billed, but we’re happy to continue service through the remainder of the month if you decide to cancel.

🔒 Data Usage & Privacy

AZ Scoops uses limited customer data to improve service and provide helpful communications. This may include:

We do not sell your data. By using our services, you agree to receive service-related and occasional promotional communications.

🕒 What Time Will You Arrive?

We optimize our daily routes for efficiency, so exact times are not guaranteed. However:

You’ll receive a reminder text the day before

You’ll receive a “we’re on the way” text ~60 minutes prior to arrival

Our working hours are from 7:00 AM until sunset.

Your cleanup day will stay consistent each week, and any changes will be communicated in advance.

🏠 Do I Need to Be Home?

Not at all! You don’t need to be home — just make sure we have easy access to your gate.

Friendly dogs can stay in the yard during cleanup

If your pup is new to us, we’d love a quick introduction if you’re around

After each visit, we’ll email a photo of your closed gate for your peace of mind.

🎉 What If My Service Falls on a Holiday?

If your scoop day lands on a major holiday, we’ll skip that week and perform a double cleanup the following week.

Regular monthly billing still applies, as the cleanup load will be greater.

🧼 Do You Sanitize Your Equipment?

Yes! Our tools are cleaned after each visit with a kennel-grade, pet-safe disinfectant to prevent germs or cross-contamination between yards.

🚮 Do You Take the Waste With You?

We do not remove waste from the property due to disposal regulations and volume. Here’s what we do instead:

Place bagged waste in your outdoor trash can, if available

If not, we’ll double/triple bag it and leave it neatly by your gate
